Executive Management Team:
Vance Nelson
President
Vance Nelson has over twenty years of experience in managing technical teams and developing computer software applications
that specialize in meeting specific market needs. During most of this time, he has operated in key management roles involving
both business and technical management. Since 1992, he has focused on both the technical end of developing healthcare-related
software with national distribution and on business management as Vice President of ACC, Inc., Senior Vice President,
Product Development for Physicians ClearingHouse, LLC and currently as President of HealthTec Software, Inc.
His experience previous to 1992 includes general software sales as well as business and technical management in the finance industry.
He is also a premier programmer, has conducted various national seminars and has done extensive technical writing.
His educational experience includes both the University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas A&M University where he gained both
technical and business backgrounds as well as various management courses.
Andre Fidellow
Vice President
Andre Fidellow has worked with practice management systems and the technical end of the healthcare industry since 1995.
He originally joined ACC, Inc. as an account executive where he put to use his sales and marketing experience and college degree.
As Information Manager for Physicians ClearingHouse, LLC, his primary focus was on network administration, database administration, and both
technical and end-user documentation for the PCH Med and PCH Dent Practice Management products. Now as Vice President for HealthTec
Software, Inc., the producer of the nationally distributed FoxMedTM and FoxDentTM practice management software products, he manages many aspects of the company.
His previous career experience includes Sales and Marketing Director for a start-up company and sales positions in various
markets. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oral Roberts University and various internships in
the same field while in school. He has also achieved Microsoft Certification.
His experience, achievements and degree provide him a broad range of knowledge, which makes him an invaluable resource for our clients as well as the entire
company.
Mike Kripner Director
of Sales & Business Development
Mike Kripner has worked in Healthcare Sales and Healthcare Management for over 24 years. His early career was started selling robotic systems to
physical therapy clinics. After establishing the first million-dollar territory, he moved to corporate to
development a customer-training program and ultimately took over responsibilities as National Sales Manager. Following that successful period, Mike’s experience
to began to center on creating growth and income opportunities for both new and established healthcare businesses. For 5 of those years, Mike managed his own practice management
consulting company that focused on new practice start-ups, billing processes and expansion of services for existing practices. His sales and management experience includes capital
equipment, software, practice management, and electronic claim services.
Mike’s goal at HealthTec is to expand on the quality products and services currently available so as to provide end-to-end solutions to our customers, while significantly
increasing our sales representation in the market.
